Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it has shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch, for both UK and international orders.

Delivery estimates and shipping costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates aren't guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or busy periods.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is shipped with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Prices for UK orders include VAT where applicable. For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at verdaflowinfo@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate it and, if it's lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
