Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Verdaflow ritual. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of the product price.
- Email us at verdaflowinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- You don't need to send opened bottles back. If we ever need you to return an item, we'll tell you and provide the return address.
- The guarantee applies once per customer and covers up to one bundle per order.
Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day guarantee goes further than this, so in practice you're covered for the full 30 days.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including any delivery charges. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancelling an Order Before It Ships
If you'd like to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
