Shipping costs

Free tracked shipping is available on all orders. In the UK you can also choose Express shipping (1–2 business days) for £6.99 at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer during peak periods or because of customs checks.

How to track your order

Go to our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and the email you used at checkout, or your tracking number.

Please note: it can take a couple of days before tracking starts to show updates. This is completely normal — your order is on its way. Your parcel first travels from our warehouse to your country and is only then handed over to your local carrier. Until it arrives in your country, your local carrier's website will show no information about your parcel. This doesn't mean anything is wrong — your order is still on its way to you.

Customs & import duties

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
